Hi again,

sorry -- I just realized that I should probably provide more information:

I'm running (up to date) Arch Linux on an Thinkpad T61.
My internet connection currently is my mobile phone via USB Tethering.
The mobile phone is connected to the internet via WLAN - I'm using this setup,
since the WLAN connection on the mobile phone happens to be better than with the
internal wifi card. I cannot reach the WLAN network w/ my internal wifi at all.
Unfortunately, both the USB connection (phone is just almost dead) and the WLAN
connection (long distance) are very buggy. But anyway, I had this issue also
with other internet connection setups...

Thank you.

Regards,

Merlin
