[sylpheed:36311] IMAP IDLE & NOTIFY

Hi all,

I've made a plugin that brings IMAP NOTIFY and IDLE support to Sylpheed. It lets you receive mail on IMAP accounts as it arrives on the server, without having to poll for it.
