[sylpheed:36339] Can't move emails to another folder with long name - a bug?

3.4.3/Win32. I've just been struggling trying to move some emails to a
new subfolder, which was named "Sony Xperia Z1 Compact."  I tried
closing/opening Sylpheed and rebooting, but no luck. Only when I
shortened the name to "Sony" did the emails move.  Is there a folder
name size limit? This would seem to be a bug, since if 22 characters is
too long to move files why allow the folder to be created in the first
place?
