The header says:

The test mail sent with sylpheed to myself and decrypted without
Problems has
| X-Mailer: Sylpheed 3.4.0beta7 (GTK+ 2.24.13; i686-pc-linux-gnu)
| Mime-Version: 1.0
| Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
| Content-Disposition: inline
| Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
I guess it is a "mutt" problem.
