Technically, that is dual booting, but it's more difficult than what is
typically meant by dual booting. In the simpler case, when your computer
starts, it runs a bootloader (like GRUB) that gives you a choice of which
of the operating systems on the disks in your system to run. That way you
don't have to go to the trouble of messing with the BIOS. It used to be,
too, that BIOSs did not support changing the order of the disks. In that
case you had to use a bootloader.
