A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?

Technically, that is dual booting, but it's more difficult than what is
typically meant by dual booting. In the simpler case, when your computer
starts, it runs a bootloader (like GRUB) that gives you a choice of which of
the operating systems on the disks in your system to run. That way you don't
have to go to the trouble of messing with the BIOS. It used to be, too, that
BIOSs did not support changing the order of the disks. In that case you had
to use a bootloader.

Good to know about the posting rules thanks. I was wondering if there was
an easier way to do the dual booting as the Bios method takes several steps
to do. I will check out GRUB.
