It appears Sylpheed is sending commands to IMAP, even though the
connection is not there.
It then times-out after 60 secs, configures the connection anew and
everything then works. It happens every time.

Why is Sylpheed sending commands to the IMAP server even though it has
been disconnected ???

Here's the latest example from the log:
