[sylpheed:34818] [WISHLIST]: warn user when replying to a message in Drafts

Hi,

I have the habit of hitting "Reply to All" immediately to the messages I
get and which I intend to answer to, and then save them in Drafts and
compose the actual reply when I have the time. This way Drafts work well
as a "TODO" list for me.

However I surprised myself _replying_ to a message in the Draft folder
while I intended to _edit_ the very message and send it instead of
replying to it. This breaks threading, and that is not desirable.

Can a policy like:
 "Warn the user when he REPLIES to a message in the Drafts folder"
be implemented in a plugin?
