[sylpheed:33703] 2 minor UI bugs with sorting by date

Sylpheed 3.0.0 - WinXP - IMAP

The default sorting for message lists should be to sort by date in  
descending order, as it's the most desired setting and the most  
newbie-friendly. However, the default seems to be in the order that the  
messages arrive on the server.

The arrow on the date header in the message list should be pointing down  
when sorting in descending order. However, it points up in this case,  
which is backwards. Down = descending and up = ascending.
