Are you referring to the fact that you can sort by date ascending OR
descending order? If you click on subject it should grey the subject
area and sort alphabetically. Click on date and you should see an arrow
facing down for latest email last (at the bttom) and click again (arrow
up) for oldest last (older emails at the bottom, newer at the top)
