[sylpheed:31944] refocusing at bottom of list

There is a quirk that occurs in Sylpheed at the bottom of mail or
newsgroup post list, when the last post is a thread and there are
enough posts so that the last one is up against the window (divider)
bar at the bottom. Clicking on the '+' threads the item but does not
refocus the list within the window so that the rest of the thread can
be seen. The user has to scroll down to see it.  The same thing also
occurs in the filters setting window.  It's a small quirk, at least in
Win32, one that I hope will be adjusted in a future version. Thanks.
