You may not have to move to another client - you may be able to
continue to use Sylpheed as an MUA, and some other software that
implements OAuth, such as Getmail, as an MDA:

(I have no experience with this, and don't know how robust this OAuth
support is.)

FWIW, I currently use Getmail(6) as my MDA for the dozen or so email
accounts I manage with Sylpheed, at least in part because I really
don't like Sylpheed's modal dialog boxes that it creates when doing POP.
