Gene,
That would depend on the timezone in the US that you live. I am in the
New York (Eastern w/daylight saving) zone and Japan would be 14 hours
ahead of my current time.
i.e.: 08:31 hours (2019-11-14) for me and 20:32 hours (2019-11-14) for
Tokyo.
If memory serves Japan is one timezone and does not change for EST/DST
as most of the US & Canada does.
