Is there any way to do a mail-merge in Sylpheed?

I want to send text messages to a list of recipients stored in a CSV (comma-separated-values) file.  The file is structured as follows:

[ Name,Email                     ]
[ "John Smith","john-s at advt.tv"  ]
[ "Jane Doe","jdoe at ace-tech.net" ]

The email I want to send to each recipient is as follows.

Here, {{Name}} and {{Email}} are the placeholders for the respective columns in RECIPIENTS.TXT.

Is there any plugin available or known technique to send such emails from Sylpheed?
