Just to rule out problems with the filters themselves check all the
others headers of the skipped messages to be sure that they don't
match some other filter by accident: the order of filters matters, for
example I have all the mailing list filters _before_ the personal email
filters, because Sylpheed uses a match-first approach, once a message
matches the rule of a filter it is not checked against other filters.

When you launch sylpheed with the "--debug" argument look for lines
starting with "filter-log:".

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.

Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
