I have empty mh mailbox in folder tree, maybe when not any server is
connected to mh mailbox, there is no need to show it in folder tree?
For example in claws-mail MH is not presented when i set up two imap
servers without pop3. And Folder tree look clearly. But i think it is
only cosmetic "bug", i not taking to heart it.
