Hi,

Sylpheed looks for this registry key to locate GPG:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GNU\GnuPG

And it must contain this REG_SZ entry:
Install Directory

with the path content as value (c:\whereeveritis)

If the value exists in the registry, check that the registry key has
the required permissions and you can read it.

Also, from Vista/7, depending in your system config, permissions
could be a headache, so maybe GPG isn't installing correctly and
can't set the key.

Or maybe even Sylpheed hasn't the required permissions to access that
key and you must run it with higher access rights.
