 You don't have the source code.
 
 You need to download that from the Sylpheed website.
 
 Once you have that, you will need to remove the installed
 Sylpheed from
 your computer, expand the tarball, make your changes, and
 compile and
 install Sylpheed. The commands used are,
 
 ./configure
 make
 make install
 
So this means that the icons can not be changed once compiled? Is it possible to leave that as  a user option. So that we can put in icon sets as we like?
