Actually, I was part mistaken: in the first example, even after hitting
Tab, the user still has to use Enter.  I would prefer the Tab key here
works as an Enter key.  That way, if there's a list, then one can
combine using the down arrow with Tab.  Right now, to enter more than
one name/email from a drop down list, the user has to start the process
over with each entry.
