the former. this plugin execute command every add-msg signal emitted
by Sylpheed.

In version 0.2.0, support Snarl by Snarl_CMD.exe.
That is enough as a proof of concept,
so there are few insentives now(supporting Snarl SNP,GNTP, Growl GNTP).
