I also have the same problem on my Win 7/64 laptop.  I much prefer the
XP-style Notification Area than Win 7's.  

Hiro, I don't know if Microsoft is just blowing us off, but two of us
are seeing two similar (or identical) problems with Sylpheed on Win
7: email web links and Notification Area glitches.  What do you think?
