Why, or should I ask what file are you referencing in Users?  In my
installation of Sylpheed, sylpheed.exe was placed in Program
Files. 

According to Microsoft's engineers, this is a problem with Sylpheed
(I'm waiting to hear if Opera comes up with anything).
