[sylpheed:34925] View Cc / Bcc / Reply-To / Attachment settings in compose window is not remembered by Sylpheed, possibly a bug?

Hello,

if you activate/deactivate the "Cc" or "Bcc" or "Reply-To" or
"Attachment" settings in the View menu of the compose window of
Sylpheed, those settings are not remembered and always revert back
to view "To" and "Cc" only if you close a compose window and open a
new one.

Because the setting "Ruler" seems to be remembered, i guess not
remembering the other settings must be a bug? It at least doesn't seem
to make much sense.

This behaviour seems to appear with latest stable release and latest
development release of Sylpheed on both Windows and Linux.

If this is not a bug but intentional, please see this as a request to
make it remember all those settings permanently and not just revert
back to view "To" and "Cc" only when you open a new compose window.

Should it be possible for the user to make it remember all the
settings, it would be very nice if someone could explain how.
