[sylpheed:34523] Usage questions

Hello all,
  I've read a lot about Sylpheed, I've used it for a little while, some time
ago... and I've not forgot it. :) It seems to have all the features I need
and the fact that it borns also in a portable way (I love zero install
software...) makes it my choice for the next mail client.
  Unfortunately I have to ask you all here few questions on usage:

1. I'm currently using SeaMonkey (portable edition from PortableApps.Com
site) and its email client. I have some emails archive I want to keep. It
this related to the mbox import written in the FAQs or do I have to copy
each email manually?
  If I have a portable Sylpheed with everything configured... and I want to
patch/update it... will I lose all my configurations? I think not but I'd
prefer to be sure.

2. In Italy we have the so-called "PEC" (certified email) that is based on
some standards and rules and uses this is loosely based on this RFCs

and some people are trying to define it better with this draft:

  Do you think something like this can be managed by Sylpheed? It's a
matter, simply, to have a mail message attached inside another message with
a specific digital certificate... if I'm not wrong. :( Are there Italians
here? :)
  While waiting, I'll try to download again Sylpheed and use and test it on
this. :)

3. Last one: I'm now "bounded" to SeaMonky/Thunderbird since there is a very
very useful plugin I use every day. It's called rikaichan
(http://www.polarcloud.com/rikaichan/) and I'd love to have it also on
Sylpheed... :( but I do not have the knowledge to create it. Is there anyone
that could help me porting it to Sylpheed? Promise I'll use Sylpheed only
from then on. :)
