Remote POP3 mailbox didn't clear wrong password when auth failed.
I've fixed it in svn trunk.

I could not reproduce the bug in normal POP3 nor IMAP4 session, though.
(start Sylpheed -> press Get -> input wrong password -> error ->
 press Get -> Sylpheed asks password)
