Not attempting to beat a dead horse, but I was just googling something
else related to sylpheed and came across a question in September 2006
(message #30017) asking for windows spell checking, so it's a *long
standing* request (that's not even on the TODO list at the website )-:

development of a version for windows that includes spell checking as a
built in feature (personally, I'm not interested in claws)?
