I tried that and I got

IMAP root directory: [Gmail]
[21:19:49] IMAP4> 82 LIST "" "[Gmail]"
[21:19:49] IMAP4< 82 OK Success

(sylpheed:5642): LibSylph-WARNING **: [21:19:49] root folder [Gmail] not exist
