The patch upgrades the version '2.6.0rc' to '2.6.0'.

$ cd sylpheed-2.6.0rc
$ zcat ../sylpheed-2.6.0rc-2.6.0.patch.gz | patch -p1

If you are using the older version, just get the full source code
(sylpheed-2.6.0.tar.(gz|bz2)).
