[sylpheed:32645] Taskbar notification patch for non-systray users

Hello all,

I've recently stopped using the systray on my desktop, so
I needed another way of sylpheed notifying me about new emails.

The attached patch changes the window icon to the "newmail" one
and sets the window urgent flag, when a new mail arrives.
The window urgent flag will, on some taskbars, blink the task icon
or do some other action to notify the user.

The patch is made against stable 2.4.8.
I did not check if upstream had something similar implemented, sorry.

This is a small screen capture to show what happens on my taskmanager
(avant window navigator) when a new email arrives.
