Ok, I think this should be fixed.

Maybe we misunderstand each other :-) I'll try to clarify.
 
When deleting a folder (on the IMAP server) the
~/.sylpheed-2.0/imapcache/(hostname)/(username)/(folder)
                                               ^^^^^^^^^
gets not removed.

I was talking about a single folder, not an account.
