Confirmed.

Actually, ~/.sylpheed-2.0/imapcache/(hostname)/(username) will be
removed but ~/.sylpheed-2.0/imapcache/(hostname) will remain.
Maybe ~/.sylpheed-2.0/imapcache/(hostname) should also be removed
when no subdirectories exist.
