Hmmm, not sure. I just don't know a better fix. Since this happened
first to me, I wanted to have a look at the sources and try to fix it
by myself but time is against me ;-).

Oops, of course. You mentioned it in your first post, I should have
read it more carefully, sorry.
I didn't use FreeBSD for a long time but I guess there is something
similar.
