But when adding gtk/gtk.h, the other includes can be removed as they
were already included by gtk.h.
Of course, keeping the single includes won't hurt but their only effect
is to cause unnecessary IO operations while compiling (not many at all
but still unnecessary).

(ok, e.g. gtkclist.h is deprecated but for non-deprecated headers this
is still true)
