I agree with the option checkbox for any automating-something, but I
don't understand what has this to do with mailing lists (in neither
sense).
For a reply like this message, I don't have to type any email address.
For a new message the folder is already configured to set automatically
the To: field with the mailing list address (assuming each folder is
uniquely associated with a mailing list, which is the case here), so I
don't have to type any email address either.
