[sylpheed:31839] active imap connection even when going offline

Hello,

I've noticed that after going to "offline mode" Sylpheed kept a
connected tcp socket with the IMAP server.  It doesn't seem to be the
proper behavior, but I'm not that familiar with IMAP either.

What's the verdict?  :)
