That's debatable. In theory, in order to comply with LFH, anything not
part of the base system should go under /usr/local (or even /opt), not
under /usr. Of course, what actually *is* part of the base system is
also open for debate, but I doubt that a GUI mailer really qualifies.

Note that the autocruft framework installs sylpheed to /usr/local/bin,
not /usr/bin, by default...
