Sylpheed provides "--configdir <dirname>" command-line option. You can
use this to make Sylpheed (more-or-less) portable.

At the next version, Sylpheed will read "sylpheed.ini" file at the same
location of sylpheed.exe. This will make Sylpheed completely portable.
