[sylpheed:31951] filtering does not take place when changing the name of an account

Hello,

I just found out that changing the name of an account does not update
the rules in the filter settings.

Rules that move messages to a specific folder cannot be executed
because the destination folder cannot be found:

** LibSylph-WARNING: dest folder '#imap/Blixa IMAP/sylpheed' not found,

(where "Blixa IMAP" is the name of the account)

So maybe the path in the filterrule must be updated automatically
when chaning the name of the account?
