[sylpheed:31210] Ack? What's this?

I installed the 2.40a version over 2.3 on my WinXP system.  All went
well, but the installer notified me that data in the Documents and
Settings area was not changed.

Ack!  I thought Sylpheed was portable.  I thought that copying the
Sylpheed directory to a USB stick was all that was needed.  Is there
more I need to be doing to make the system portable?  My experience has
been that portable apps don't store anything outside the application
folder itself.
