[sylpheed:31196] Sylpheed is not alerting when signing fails

Hi,

Once again, my GPG install is broken, but Sylpheed is not alerting me of it,
neither that pgp-sign failed.  The log says so, but it took me some time to
check it after trying some tens of times sending a signed message:

** Sylpheed-WARNING: pgp_sign(): signing failed: User defined error code 1
** Sylpheed-WARNING: pgp_sign(): signing failed: User defined error code 1

I have "Common Preferences > Privacy: [x] Display warning on startup if GnuPG
doesn't work" enabled.
