3) Say you've replied to an email and want to send a follow up.  With
that setting, clicking Reply on your email reply puts the original
sender in the To box.  Not the CC's, though.  Thus, no more Forward,
then copy, paste and delete to set it up.

I'd also like to know the answer to 2).
