[sylpheed-announce:00035] Sylpheed 2.4.0a-win32 released (SSL issue fix)

Hello,

Sylpheed 2.4.0a-win32 has been released.

This fixes the SSL issue in 2.4.0-win32, which introduced random
crashes on SSL session. Please upgrade it immediately.

The new OpenSSL DLLs in 2.4.0 linked MSVCR71.DLL while others link
MSVCRT.DLL, so it introduced an inconsistency. To fix this, they are
temporarily reverted to the previous version in 2.4.0a. Other files
including sylpheed.exe are same as 2.4.0. There is also no change in
the source code.
