そのFAQを熟読したことはないのですが、ていうか、GNU GPL 2の話をしている
つもりなのにFAQだけを出されても困るのですが、GNU GPL 2には次のようにあります。

| under Section 2) in object code or executable form under the terms 
| of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:

| and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,

|    * b) Accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three

今回のWinPTの件は、これのcに該当すると判断します。

とすると私も誤解していましたが、山本さんがWinPTに関してすべきことは
