[pgpool-hackers: 587] Fate of parallel query

Hi pgpool developers,

I think we agreed that we are going to deprecate parallel query
sometime in the near future. Question is when and how? Usually we add
a caution in a release note that "feature XXX will be deprecated and
don't use it" and remove the description of the feature from
pgpool.conf. Is this the way to go for 3.4? Then we could drop the
code in 3.5?
