[pgpool-hackers: 581] Change "on memory query cache" to "in memory query cache"?

Hi,

Long time ago, Bruce pointed out that "on memory query cache" is not
correct English, and it should be changed to "in memory query
cache". If we follow this, now is the time to do it for upcoming
pgpool-II 3.4. Any obction for this?
