[sylpheed:36372] Different shortcuts reported for the main and context menus

Hello,

After reassigning some shortcuts via the

   gtk-can-change-accels = 1

option  in  gtkrc  I found that the combinations for
the main menu:

               Message -> Mark -> ...

are independent of  the  corresponding  combinations
shown  in  the  context menu under "Mark".  It seems
incorrect because the same command must always  have
the same keyboard shortcut.
