[sylpheed:36234] Can not get PGP to work on Windows 7

Hello,

I installed Sylpheed on Windows 7. I also installed GPG4win and created a
key pair.
Still I am not able to use the "Sign with PGP" or "Code with PGP" option
because they are greyed out.

I can not find how to enable them. Please help
