Found!
In fact, if I do: Tools > Filter all messages in folder, my messages are filtered.
So, the problem is not about my filter rules but about my received messages that are not filtered at all.
I found a checkbox for this: Configuration > Edit accounts > Edit > Receive > Filter messages on receiving.

Problem solved :)
