Hi,
some kind of bugtracker would be cool. I think there are quite a few
that should suffice although trac[1] seems to be the most lightweight
one.
I don't think that Hiro should switch away from subversion. It is a
well known and supported version control system. There are some
advantages using distributed vc systems (darcs[2] comes to mind) but I
personally don't see the point and there are downsides to dvcs too.
It's more like a philosophical question/decision though. ;-)
