Hi Gene,

I'm on Linux, but I'm pretty sure filter.xml should have the filter
definitions.  I also have filter.xml.bak, filter.xml.bak.1,
filter.xml.bak.2, etc.  You might check for a filter.bak files and
see if it has any data.
